Mission

Improve members’ socio-economic welfare through collective saving and investing, with flexible, accessible credit—so every member thrives.

What this looks like:
steady saving, fair lending, smart group opportunities, and support when life happens.

  • Provide timely loans with clear repayment rules.
  • Strengthen member unity, cooperation, and professional networks.
  • Invest pooled funds and manage group assets prudently.
  • Support members in times of need through welfare structures.
  • Promote financial knowledge and better decisions over time.
Chapter 03

Club Regulations

Saving & Points

Minimum saving is UGX 20,000 per month. You earn 3 points per UGX 10,000 saved. The first 500 points are restricted. Points can support loan interest rules (including after month 6) based on policy.

Profits & Withdrawals

Savings are not withdrawable unless you are exiting the Club. Profits are shared annually; members may choose to re-invest or withdraw profits, as approved.

Loans

Interest is 2% per month on the remaining balance. Loan limit is 1.2× to 1.7× of savings depending on repayment discipline. New members can borrow up to their savings unless guarantors support the extra amount or trustworthiness is confirmed over time. Max duration is 2 years (smaller loans may be shorter).

Meetings

We meet twice a year to align, review progress, and plan ahead. Members are expected to attend at least one meeting per year (in person or online).

Chapter 04

Focused on Members

We keep things practical: predictable saving, fair lending, and opportunities that become possible when we move together.

  • Loans: Member loans from the Savings Fund (subject to eligibility and limits).
  • Welfare support: Support in major life events and emergencies through the Club Fund (rules in policy).
  • Group opportunities: Joint investments and member partnerships when vetted and approved.
  • Land cycles: Optional land scheme participation using a slot system (details in Financial Policy).

How to Join
